RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At ZAMN, each pair is handmade in limited runs using genuine leather and crafted with care in Palestine. Due to the nature of our production, we encourage customers to carefully review sizing and product details before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
1. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
2. The item must be returned in its original packaging
3. All original tags must be included
4. Proof of purchase is required
Returns must be requested and approved before being shipped back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and provide clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
For confirmed defective or incorrect items, ZAMN will cover all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you require a different size, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to availability due to our limited production runs. If your requested size is unavailable, you may return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
1. Sale items
2. Limited promotional items
3. Gift cards
4. Custom or personalized products
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
To exercise this right:
1. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
2. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
3. Original packaging and proof of purchase are required
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you withdraw from your purchase under EU law:
1. We will refund the product price
2. We will refund the original standard shipping cost
3. Express or upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
